The KEPLER project is a Coordination and Support Action under H2020 with goal to prepare a roadmap for Copernicus to deliver an improved European capacity for monitoring and forecasting for the Polar regions. KEPLER is member of the EU Arctic cluster and will run from January 2019 to March 2021. The KO-meeting was hosted by Norwegian Meteorological Institute in Oslo.
