The European Commission, DG-Research and Innovation, is organising an Arctic Workshop under the Transatlantic Ocean Research Alliance flag. The Arctic Workshop will contribute to the set up of the strategies and international efforts to work on some of the deliverables identified at the recent White House Arctic Science Ministerial of 28th September 2016. In particular, the discussion will focus on the building of an integrated Arctic observing system and to advance towards the provision of sustained Arctic observations.
INTAROS was invited to give a presentation (S. Sandven and H. Sagen) together with several other Arctic projects in Europe and USA/Canada.
